From victims to voices: Advancing prevention through justice, resilience and parliamentary action

On the International Day of Remembrance and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism, the IPU will convene parliamentarians, international organizations, experts and representatives of victims’ organizations to examine how parliaments can strengthen the rights of victims of terrorism. Building on the Model Legislative Provisions developed jointly by the IPU, UNODC and UNOCT, the webinar will focus on advancing access to justice through parliamentary action while exploring how victims’ experiences can help inform public policy, strengthen resilience and contribute to preventing terrorism.
