5 minutes to answer 5 questions on IPU's future strategy

We need YOU to contribute to the next IPU Strategy (2022-2026)

The IPU has been around for more than 130 years and there’s a reason why. Throughout the decades, the IPU has managed to stay in tune to its time, growing from a small group of parliamentarians from just nine countries in 1889 to thousands of parliamentarians from 179 countries today.

Every five years, the IPU reviews its strategy to make sure it stays relevant, fit for purpose, and that it reflects the needs of its membership. As you may be aware, it has established an inclusive process for reviewing its current strategy which comes to an end in 2021.

If you are a parliamentarian or you work in a parliament, we would like to hear from you. We also want to hear from all the regions that are represented at the IPU.

There are two ways you can contribute:

1. Take five minutes to answer five questions to help shape the next IPU Strategy (2022-2026). The survey closes on 27 May.

2. Join a focus group on 19 May either at
